The firm is led by Mr. K.A. Juman-Yassin SC, an industry veteran with over 40 years experience as a Barrister, Attorney, Magistrate and Chief Magistrate. Educated in Georgetown and the United Kingdom, he was called to the bar at The Honorable Society of Gray’s Inn.

Following a distinguished career as a Barrister and Defense Attorney, Mr. Juman-Yassin was invited and sat as a Magistrate and later the Chief Magistrate of Guyana. Mr. Juman-Yassin has returned to private counsel and continues to represent and work with clients in Guyana and abroad.

Mr. Juman-Yassin also contributes his time in professional sports management and most recently served as the President of the Guyana Olympic Association from 1996 to 2023 and a member of the Panam Sports Executive serving on the Ethics Commission and the Santiago 2023 Coordination and Followup Commission.
